Key Responsibilities:
- Work with teachers to assist in the planning and implementation of lessons, tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, offering guidance and reinforcement of learning objectives.
- Assist in the creation of educational materials and resources, fostering an interactive and stimulating learning environment.
- Support students with additional needs, including those with learning difficulties or English as an additional language, ensuring their inclusion and participation in classroom activities.
- Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their social and emotional development through encouragement and constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and orderly learning environment, adhering to school policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience working in an educational setting, preferably as a Teaching Assistant or similar role.
- A passion for education and a genuine desire to support the learning and development of students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet the evolving needs of the classroom environment.
