Location: Sevenoaks
Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 (DOE)

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join their growing team, and aid in their expansion within the EU and optimise their supply chain operations. As a Supply Chain Manager within our client's business, you will be managing a UK/EU supply chain, and will have the opportunity to visit their premises in various locations within the EU.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies.
- Manage procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Analyse supply chain data to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor supply chain performance using key metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production, sales, and finance, to streamline operations.
- Mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management.
- Proficient in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
