Title: Network Manager

Salary:75,000 - 90,000 plus bonus
Location:Hybrid working with 3 days in our London office (flexible based on requirements)

The Role
As a Senior Network Engineer moving into a Leadership or Network Management role, you will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing customer enterprise networking environments. Your leadership will be pivotal in managing the team, ensuring smooth operation, and resolving network issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management:Oversee and guide the network engineering team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Network Management:Troubleshoot and manage customer network environments, acting as the senior escalation point within Enterprise networks and security.
- Project Collaboration:Work with project teams to manage, optimize, and implement cutting-edge technology solutions.
- Industry Engagement:Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the networking sector, driving innovation within the team.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Extensive Networking Experience:3-10 years of networking experience, with a strong background in supporting campus LAN environments. WLAN experience is a plus.
- Certifications:Ideally, you hold a CCNA or CCNP certification and are eager to further develop your skillset.
- Technical Proficiency:Experience with Cisco technologies (FirePOWER, DNAC, ISE, ACI, SD-Access, and Umbrella) is advantageous, though solid enterprise network experience is essential.
- Communication Skills:Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical customers alike.
