Role Overview:As aLunch Time Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our students enjoy a safe and nurturing environment during lunch breaks. You'll be working with children in Key Stage 1 and 2 who have a range of SEN needs, including profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), autistic spectrum condition (ASC), and Down Syndrome. - Schedule:Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM (with options for additional cover)

Daily Duties Include:
- Supervising lunch hour for KS1 and KS2 students with SEN
- Assisting students with their meals and personal care needs (on occasion)
- Encouraging positive social interactions among students during lunchtime
- Supporting children in overcoming challenges related to their SEN
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment in dining areas
- Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure every child's needs are met
- Engaging students in fun activities to promote social skills and teamwork
