Are you a Chemistry Graduate or similar looking for the opportunity to further your career within a varied role split between working in the lab and working in the field while working for a company who specialise in manufacturing and exporting fertiliser to a broad client base across the globe within a role offering professional development and overtime to increase your earnings?

This well-established company sell fertiliser to over 25 different countries and since their establishment in 1998 have grown to 42 employees. Due to increased demand, they are now looking for a Graduate with lab experience to join their friendly Quality Control team.

This varied role will see you collecting samples of product materials, analyzing samples through sieve tests, moisture measurements and visual tests and liaising closely with the technical and purchasing team to improve overall product quality and reduce CRM issues. You will receive initial training working alongside the production team to gain a better understanding of the product and manufacturing process before working exclusively on Quality Control as you work 7:30-4:30 Monday-Friday.

This exciting role would suit a Graduate with laboratory experience who is looking to work with fertiliser and has a background of working with sample testing methods within a leading company offering the chance to continually develop your career.

The Role:

  • Monday - Friday 7:30 - 16:30
  • Collect samples of materials at various stages of the manufacturing process
  • Analyze samples using sieve tests, moisture measurements, visual tests, and other methods
  • Report to the Compliance Officer
  • Liaise with the Technical and Purchasing teams

The Person:

  • Chemistry Graduate or similar
  • Laboratory Experience
  • Commutable to Templecombe
