Join a global leader in high-performance refrigeration and freezing solutions. Our client are currently seeking a proactive and organised Junior Salesperson to assist the sales team and contribute to our growth.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing tender specifications to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  • Provide sales support to regional sales managers, including handling inquiries and following up on customer requests.
  • Prepare and send quotes to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely response.
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and pricing data in the BC/CRM system.
  • Communicate with internal departments (logistics, finance, and production) to coordinate sales activities.
  • Support customers with product information, documentation, and technical details.
  • Monitor and track ongoing tenders and sales opportunities.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to sales, such as contract preparation and order processing.
  • Assist in organizing sales meetings, trade shows, and other sales-related events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
