HR Administrator

Our client, has an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join their team!

The role:

The HR Administrator will report into the HR Manager.

路 Responsible for providing a professional and effective day to day human resource administration service for employees, managers and other workers.

路 Provide support in a timely and initiative-taking manner, providing direct support to our people.

路 Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and induction arrangements are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

路 Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, adhering to set timelines and communicating effectively with relevant departments to complete termination arrangements.

路 Proactively maintain accuracy of HRIS by promptly updating employee details as changes occur.

路 Handle telephone and email queries professionally, fostering effective communication with managers and colleagues.

路 Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.

路 Support HR projects to enhance processes and employee experience.

路 Conduct HR inductions for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.

路 Manage and update clinician contracts, ensuring accuracy of essential details before issuance.

路 Document and follow HR transactional processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

路 Providing data and system support for HR business-as-usual activities.

Key skills/ experience:

路 Proven experience in an HR administrative role.

路 Experience of working with an HR Information System/SaaS Desirable

路 CIPD Level 3 Desirable

路 Experience of working in the healthcare industry or another regulated environment Desirable

路 Good working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulations governing employment practices.

路 Understanding of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and proficiency in using relevant software for data entry and retrieval.

路 Good understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations.

路 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
