Frazer Jones is delighted to work with fast paced, high growth business to recruit a HR Operations Manager. You'll join an ambitious, innovative business that offers a great culture and a very flexible hybrid working model of 1 day per week on site near Shaftesbury on the Dorset Wiltshire border.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience leading HR operations, to join a great HR team and make a real impact to the employee experience. My client is looking for a forward thinking, proactive and agile HR Operations Manager to join and lead a team of 5, who enjoys working in collaborative and supportive business to drive continous improvement and efficiency. Main duties will include:

  • Leading coaching, overseeing and developing the operations team responsible for end to end employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to offboarding.
  • This includes administrative changes related to T's & C's, probation reviews, family leave requests (maternity, paternity, shared parental leave, adoption etc), flexible working requests and any other change requests. You team will also manage benefits, reward and payroll administration/changes.
  • As this team is newly created and growing, you'll be responsible for taking a holistic view of the team, workflows and process to ensure employee records are well maintained and controls checks and measures are in place to ensure data integrity.
  • You will develop, create and implement HR policies, template letters, manager's guides, contracts of employment and other associated HR templates and ensure that any training requirements from the policies are understood and met.
  • You role is also business facing and you will act as an advisor to the business, providing guidance on terms and conditions, company policies and encouraging self-services via the HRIS.
  • You will work collaboratively with business partners, L&D team and HRIS team to ensure an excellent employee experience, development needs are met and in order to drive continuous improvement and automation. A key project you'll lead on is the introduction and management of a ticketed service desk, developing its use, introducing SLA's, driving usage and efficiencies.

Location: You are required on site 1 day per week, which is near Shaftesbury on the Dorset, Wiltshire border. This is easy access from Frome, Warminster, Poole/ Bournemouth and Yeoville.
