Account Manager – Shaftesbury – £30k + Excellent Benefits

Are you a driven Account Manager looking for a dynamic sales and business development role? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a well-established and growing company based in Shaftesbury. This hybrid role requires 3-4 days in the office per week and offers a competitive salary of £30,000 plus excellent benefits.

Our client is a forward-thinking business with over a decade of experience, known for their hardworking and collaborative culture. They specialise in providing tailored solutions to their customers, with a strong emphasis on customer engagement and business development.

Ideally you will have a strong focus on enviromental and sustainable growth and have previous experience in construction, marines or environmental. 

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach and engagement.

  • Support business development activities, including targeted prospecting and lead generation.

  • Manage and update the company’s CRM system to track client interactions and opportunities.

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.

  • Attend exhibitions and events to represent the company and expand industry knowledge.

What Experience is Required:
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a confident telephone manner.

  • Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot, with good analytical and time-management skills.

Salary & Benefits:
  • Salary of £30,000 per annum.

  • Hybrid working model (3-4 days in the office, the rest remote).
