My client is a growing law firm in North Dorset seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer Solicitor/Legal Executive.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of PQE and be capable of managing a full caseload, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties.
The firm offers flexible hybrid working arrangements, allowing for both office-based and remote work.
Candidates will be involved in marketing and business development to expand the firm's client base and strengthen local relationships.
Salary is negotiable based on experience, and the firm is looking to shortlist candidates for interviews as soon as possible.

My client is a growing law firm based in North Dorset, which is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer Solicitor/Legal Executive to join its team.

You’ll be an experienced Residential Conveyancer (3+ years PQE) with the ability to run and manage your own full caseload of files from start through to post completion dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties.

The firm offers flexible hybrid working, office based and working remotely from home.

You will be active in marketing and business development in order to expand this area of work and gain new clients, building good relationships with referrers in the local Dorset area.
