The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years PQE and be capable of managing their own full caseload from start to post completion.
Responsibilities include handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and equity release for both freehold and leasehold properties.
The firm offers flexible hybrid working options and encourages involvement in marketing and business development to attract new clients.

My client is a growing law firm based in North Dorset, which is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer Solicitor/Legal Executive to join its team.

You’ll be an experienced Residential Conveyancer (3+ years PQE) with the ability to run and manage your own full caseload of files from start through to post completion dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties.

The firm offers flexible hybrid working, office based and working remotely from home.

You will be active in marketing and business development in order to expand this area of work and gain new clients, building good relationships with referrers in the local Dorset area.
