TeamJobs are searching for a Technical Administrator to join our client in Stalbridge on a full time permanent basis starting asap.

Role Details -

  • Monday to Friday
  • 37-40 hours per week
  • 14.44 per hour
  • Asap Start

Job Purpose:
Support the Technical team by ensuring continuous coverage of the Quality Technician role and handling technical project administration accurately and promptly. Manage document control, coordinate technical information, and ensure Food Safety, Integrity, Quality, and Legality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide holiday/sickness cover for Quality Technicians across all shifts.
  • Develop product and process knowledge to contribute to factory specifications.
  • Assist with product launches, meeting deadlines.
  • Track and report KPIs for technical functions.
  • Manage label creation, product data, and documentation.
  • Complete new line forms for customers promptly.
  • Create quality photo standards for inspections and panels.
  • Manage Certificates of Conformance and Analysis, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Support allergen risk assessments and manage specific handling requirements.
  • Assist other technical areas as needed to meet targets and deadlines.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Administrative and Technical/Quality Assurance experience required.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Food Manufacturing experience and Level 2 Food Safety for Manufacturing Certificate required.
  • Experience with BRC Food standards is a plus.
