The Role – Mechanical Site Manager
The initial project is a commercial installation in Central London
- To receive and review drawings and specifications from client or main contractor
- To resolve discrepancies with the client
- To record variations to contract and provide information to QS
- Attendance of on-site meetings,
- Responsible for Dealing with and managing sub – contractors and staff onsite
- Responsible for QA works for the Electrical packages
What you need
You’ll need to have the following to be eligible for the role:
- SMSTS
- CSCS Black Card
- Minimum NVQ level 3 in relevant mechanical field or HNC / HND in electrical engineering or building services.
- 3 years experience as an Mechanical Site Manager
