The Role – Mechanical Site Manager
The initial project is a new build residential development in Shamley Green (just south east of Guildford) which involves ground source heat pumps, heating and chilled services, FCUs and vent, underfloor heating. The role is for a mechanical site manager but key would be to have mechanical bias but to represent both M&E.
- To receive and review drawings and specifications from client or main contractor
- To resolve discrepancies with the client
- To record variations to contract and provide information to QS
- Attendance of on-site meetings,
- Responsible for Dealing with and managing sub – contractors and staff onsite
- Responsible for QA works for the Electrical packages
What you need
You’ll need to have the following to be eligible for the role:
- SMSTS
- CSCS Black Card
- Minimum NVQ level 3 in relevant mechanical field or HNC / HND in electrical engineering or building services.
- 3 years experience as an Mechanical Site Manager
