Your Role

As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to provide leadership, foster a culture of accountability, and drive high performance within your team. You'll also help explore new opportunities for revenue growth and expansion. Please note that occasional overnight travel will be expected.

What You Bring to the Table

  • At least 5 years of sales management experience
  • Strong experience in sales strategy, distribution channel management, account development, and business planning
  • Proven ability to develop and nurture business accounts to meet profit and volume targets
  • Experience working with executive teams to craft and execute both short- and long-term strategic plans
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft
  • Expertise in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
