Our Installations Coordinator team collaborates to ensure our fleet of engineers are always prepared for action, working diligently behind the scenes but far from unnoticed, their efforts are crucial in making exceptional things happen every day.

Here’s what you can expect to be doing:

• Updating rotas and processing time sheets

• Ordering and providing uniform.

• Ordering of equipment where applicable

• Work with various databased and systems.

• Communicate with the wider installations team.

• Supporting the administration team and keep on top of daily tasks.

• Co-ordinate any engagement activities and events for the installation team

• Strong understanding of all Microsoft Packaging.

• A background in general administration duties.

• Excellent time management.

• Effective communicator both written and verbal.

• Able to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, peers and external third parties.
