Property Administrator

Sandbach

Are you an experienced administrator looking for a change and a new challenge? We are looking for an organised and experienced administrator with excellent time-management, prioritising and multi tasking skills.  

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a busy and diverse caseload
  • Collaborate effectively with an experienced team, contributing positively to the department’s success.
  • Engage with clients, ensuring high levels of service and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Communicate with external agencies, including estate agents, solicitors, search agencies, mortgage lenders, and brokers.
  • Uphold high professional standards in both competence and financial integrity.
  • Stay informed about legal developments and meet continuing professional development requirements.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives to enhance the firm’s presence locally and beyond.

Experience and Training: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to getting it right the first time, every time.
  • Excellent time management skills, able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
