Are you an experienced administrator looking for a change and a new challenge? We are looking for an organised and experienced administrator with excellent time-management, prioritising and multi tasking skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage a busy and diverse caseload
- Collaborate effectively with an experienced team, contributing positively to the department’s success.
- Engage with clients, ensuring high levels of service and maintaining strong relationships.
- Communicate with external agencies, including estate agents, solicitors, search agencies, mortgage lenders, and brokers.
- Uphold high professional standards in both competence and financial integrity.
- Stay informed about legal developments and meet continuing professional development requirements.
- Participate in marketing initiatives to enhance the firm’s presence locally and beyond.
Experience and Training: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

- Excellent time management skills, able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Friendly and approachable, with a strong sense of teamwork.
- High level of computer literacy, including proficiency with case management systems.
