- Accurately process and reconcile all accounts and transactions
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy
- Utilise Excel to manage and analyse financial data effectively
- Competence in Excel and other financial software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Local residency in or near Sheerness, as this is an onsite position
