Customer Management Administrator
Location:Â Sheerness
Shift:Â Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00 (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Contract:Â Long-term, Ongoing Work
Igloo is currently looking for an experienced Customer Management Administrator to join our client based in Sheerness. Our client is a leader in the automotive industry, with operations throughout the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering customer phone calls
- Dealing with queries and complaints
- After sales enquiriesÂ
- Providing general administration duties to the office
- Other duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Previous administration and customer service experience is a must
- Experience using Microsoft packages (Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience within transport or logistics is an advantage but not essential
- This is an office-based role, so you must be able to reliably commute to Sheerness
