Monday to Friday – Permanent, Full Time

Are you an experienced HR Manager looking for a standalone role within a thriving manufacturing company? Our client, based in Mid Kent, is seeking a dedicated professional to manage all aspects of HR functions.

Your main responsibilities will include :  

  • Being the HR contact both internally and externally, ensuring a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures.
  • Provide expert advice and support to Directors, Managers, and Team Leaders on investigations and disciplinary processes.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding employment matters.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring accurate compliance with policies.
  • Manage all aspects of payroll.
  • Attend external HR-related meetings as required.

To be successful in applying for this HR Business Partner role you will be:

  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent) required.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment legislation, with a demonstrable passion for HR.
  • Proven experience in managing restructures and redundancies.
  • Emotionally intelligent team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain strong professional relationships at all levels.
  • Highly organised and methodical, with strong attention to detail and high personal standards.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in streamlining HR processes to drive efficiency.
