We are working with our client to recruit Line Leaders for their site in Sheerness.
Our client are a leading business based in Sheerness and will require their line leaders to have the following skills:
*Ability to manual handle as sometimes the role can be heavy
*Control the production line/staff in an efficient manner
*Setting up the production line
*Monitor production making sure that all paperwork is completed in a timely manner
*Enforce Cleanliness and hygiene protocols
*Ensure the product meets with customer specification as written/agreed.
Hours of work Sunday-Thursday 7am-4.30pm
Requirements:
* You must have worked in a supervisory role previously
*Product knowledge is not necessary but the ability to learn is essential
*Attention to detail
*Own vehicle is preferred due to the location of the site.
This role is an ongoing temp position that will turn into a permanent role for the right candidate
