Operations Administrator
Location: Sheerness
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 8:30-17:00 (one hour lunch)
Pay Rate: £12 per hour, negotiable DOE

Igloo is currently recruiting an experienced Operations Administrator for our client based in Sheerness. Our client is a large transport company that deals with the transportation of new and used vehicles across the UK and Europe.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Allocate work to Compound Drivers using PDA and in-house systems.
- Face-to-face interactions with Compound Drivers.
- Update and maintain operational databases and spreadsheets.
- Prepare and review operational reports.
- Provide support to the operational team and assist with additional duties as needed.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with the team and provide feedback.

What We’re Looking For:
- Operations experience with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent IT skills and the confidence and ability to work with new IT systems and databases, as well Microsoft Office. Excel knowledge is a must
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Be punctual, reliable, and hardworking.
- Be able to work as part of a team as well as under own esteem.
