This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new, cutting-edge criminal justice support programme from the very beginning.In this role, you will manage a caseload of clients across prison and probation settings, supporting their rehabilitation and helping them reintegrate into society.Key Responsibilities:The main focus is on resettlement and securing employment, which includes:
  • Helping clients develop essential skills
  • Supporting them to secure stable accommodation
  • Connecting them with necessary support services
  • Providing 1:1 guidance, setting clear goals and milestones to aid their progress
You will be based at HMP Elmley for 3-4 days per week, with the remaining time spent at Maidstone and Sittingbourne probation trust.Who We're Looking For:To apply, you must have experience working with individuals in the criminal justice system, either in a prison or custodial setting. Alternatively, experience supporting vulnerable clients in areas such as mental health, substance misuse, or homelessness is highly valuable.
