Salary: £26,000 - £28,000Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 10am-6pm, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & FridayFull-time, PermanentDo you want to work for a nationwide luxury accommodation agency? Our client is looking for a confident and motivated individual with excellent communication skills to join their thriving team based in Sheffield.The key Duties of the Serviced Accommodation Manager:* Ensuring that luxury apartments are kept up to a high standard* Carrying out regular inspections and inventories * Liaising with contractors and housekeepers to ensure jobs are carried out thoroughly within timescales* Purchasing items that have been misplaced/broken* Dressing apartments ready for listing* Attending to and dealing with guest queries The Key requirements of the Serviced Accommodation Manager:* Property management experience * Full, clean, UK driving licence with access to own vehicle * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Confidence in using CRMs and property management software is advantageous* High attention to detail If you are interested in the role and want to know more, please apply to the role or call the Business Support Team at Search, Leeds, for more information.
