Responsibilities:
- Execute audits from planning through to the final reporting stages, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Prepare accurate and timely statutory accounts and financial statements.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with clients to optimize financial operations and address accounting challenges.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members on complex accounting issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in both audit and accounts roles.
- Strong understanding of UK accounting and audit standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and client management skills.
