Role Responsibilities
  • Leading audits from planning to completion for a variety of clients
  • Preparing year-end accounts and financial statements for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
  • Preparing personal and corporation tax computations and returns
  • Collaborating with senior management to provide insightful financial advice to clients
  • Supporting junior staff with their development and offering guidance on technical issues
  • Liaising with clients directly, ensuring their needs are met and queries are resolved efficiently

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • ACA or ACCA qualification (or studying towards it) — we also welcome candidates qualified by experience (QBE)
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in an accountancy practice
  • Confidence working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Excellent communication and people skills, able to build strong client relationships
  • A passion for delivering high-quality service and a commitment to client satisfaction
  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
