The Company Overview:We are partnering with a reputable professional services firm in Sheffield that offers a comprehensive range of accountancy, tax, and financial advisory services. With a focus on client success and employee development, they are now seeking an experienced Audit & Accounts Senior to join their dynamic team.
Your New Role as Audit & Accounts Senior:In this pivotal role, you will take charge of delivering exceptional audit and accounting services to a varied client portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to hone your technical expertise while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

- Salary: £30,000 - £40,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Main Responsibilities:
- Managing and completing audit assignments from planning to finalisation.
- Preparing statutory accounts and related tax computations.
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff.
- Liaising with clients to ensure their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and client advisory services.
The Experience & Qualifications Required:To excel in this role, you will need:
- ACA or ACCA qualification (or part-qualified with significant progress).
- Strong experience in audit and accounts preparation within practice.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work to deadlines.
