This firm has a strong reputation for providing tailored client solutions while fostering a supportive and collaborative workplace. They are now seeking an Audit Senior to join their expanding team.

Your New Role as Audit Senior:As an Audit Senior, you will play a vital role in managing audits from the initial planning stages through to completion. You will oversee on-site audit teams, engage closely with clients, and ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and standards. This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your technical expertise while contributing to the success of a diverse range of businesses.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading audit assignments, including planning, execution, and finalisation stages.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior staff, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to deadlines.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients throughout the audit process.
  • Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to senior management and clients.
  • Ensuring assignments are completed within budget and to a high standard.

The Experience & Qualifications Required:The ideal candidate will be ACA, ACCA, or CA qualified (or equivalent), with substantial audit experience gained in a practice environment. Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach are essential. Experience managing and developing junior staff is highly desirable.
