Candidates must be qualified accountants (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with previous commercial or finance business partnering experience.

Axon Moore are supporting a growing, PE backed business based in South Yorkshire in the appointment of an Interim Finance Business Partner for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for the reporting of financial information and insightful advice and analysis to support business decision making. The key roles and responsibilities for this person will include:

Provision of financial information and insightful advice and analysis to support business decision making.
Capex reporting
Monthly business driver / metric reporting.
Presenting monthly results to function leads, providing explanations of variances vs. budget and promoting insightful discussion on financial performance
Supporting the tracking of expenses vs budget
Process improvements
Providing support to the wider Finance Leadership team.

The ideal candidate requirements for this role will include the following:

Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
Previous commercial / Finance Business Partnering experience
A track record of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
