Elevation Senior Finance is recruiting a Management Accountant/Finance Business Partner for a service business in Sheffield.
The role offers a competitive salary depending on experience, along with benefits such as 25 days of holiday, private healthcare, and a pension scheme.
Key responsibilities include producing monthly management accounts, financial reporting, variance analysis, and business partnering to drive KPI performance.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in management accounts and be CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified or late part qualified.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills, be a self-starter, and have the ability to work under strict deadlines.

Elevation Senior Finance are delighted to be working with a well established and progressive service business in Sheffield as they look to recruit a Management Accountant/ Finance Business Partner into their busy finance team. They offer an excellent benefits package:-

This role will report straight into the Site Financial Controller and will be responsible for daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting as well as business partnering with the wider business in order to help drive KPI performance.

This will be a varied role with duties to include: -

Production of Monthly Management Accounts
Providing insightful financial information in the form of daily/ weekly and monthly financial reports
Variance analysis along with supporting commentary
Working closely with the operational teams in order to measure KPI performance
Reviewing actuals vs budget/ forecast
Sales & margin analysis
Working with internal/ external audit teams
Continual improvement of systems and processes

To be successful, you will ideally meet the following criteria: -

CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA Qualified/ Late Part Qualified
3-5 years experience within management accounts
Strong communicator
A self-starter, dedicated and a driven person
Strong organisational skills and ability to work to strict deadlines
Ability to effectively integrate within the finance team
