Management Accountant6 Month FTC Sheffield £45-£50kElevation Recruitment Group are partnering exclusively with a leading business in Sheffield to recruit a Management Accountant for an initial 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic finance team and contribute to the continued success of the business.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Support the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to drive business strategy
- Analyse variances between actual performance and budget, providing actionable insights to improve business performance
- Manage VAT returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and financial regulations
- Provide ad hoc support to the Finance Director on key projects and business initiatives
