Role Responsibilities- Providing bookkeeping services for clients, including processing purchase, sales, and nominal ledgers
- Preparing VAT returns, management accounts, year-end accounts, and Corporation Tax returns
- Performing bank reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of financial records
- Using technology to streamline bookkeeping processes and working closely with clients to ensure efficient operations
- Managing your individual workflow as part of the wider outsourcing team, dealing with a varied client portfolio including e-commerce, technology, and construction businesses
- Supporting junior colleagues in their development and helping promote other services within the firm

- AAT Level 4 part-qualified (preferred) or qualified by experience
- Experienced in practice or industry (practice experience preferred)
- Comfortable with IT systems, including accounting packages like Xero and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong in communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to attend and contribute to client meetings
- Accurate, methodical, and well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Personable and able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
