Assistant Management Accountant 3 Month Temporary Contract Killamarsh, South Yorkshire Elevation Accountancy & Finance Recruitment are delighted to be working with a local business as they look to onboard an Assistant Management Accountant on a full time, temporary basis. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage credit control responsibilities
  • Foreign Exchange Cash Responsibilities including handling transactions in dollars and euros
  • Set up transactions to send to the group
  • Cashflow Forecast Preparation
  • Prepare files and tee them up for the Management Accountant
  • Ensure journals are posted accurately and on time
  • Manage and control specific aspects of the balance sheet
  • Set Up Suppliers and Customers
  • Create and maintain records for new suppliers and customers
  • Maintain and manage master data
  • Cover the Purchase Ledger function during absences

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Strong understanding of accounting terminology
  • Confident navigating debits and credits

Working Hours:

  • 37.5hrs
  • Monday - Thursday 8:30am-5pm
  • Friday 8:30am-1pm 
  • Flexible start and finish times available 
  • This role is office based
