Accounts Assistant Sheffield £26,000 to £29,000 plus benefits My client is a rapidly expanding business based in North Sheffield with easy access to Rotherham , Barnsley and Doncaster. An experienced accounts asssitant is required to join this well established medium sized business with an impresive track record of growth to date .Reporting Directly to the Finance Manager, and working within a busy finance team, you will be responsible for aspects of sales ledger and credit control as well as reporting using excel. Key areas of responsiblity include:Sales ledger control and weekly reporting using excel Allocating payments and maintaning the sales ledger Resolving customer queries dealing with credit control includin chasing outstanding payments and liasing with managers on over due debt internally. The PersonIdeally, you will have a proven track record of working in sales ledger and or credit control and be looking to join a busy fast paced department Strong excel skills would be ideal You will be organised and methodical and a good communicator You will be able to multi task and work to tight deadlines
