Accounts Assistant (Temporary)

We are seeking an Accounts Assistant/ invoicing assistant with experience in Sage 50 to join our clients team on a temporary basis. This role involves working predominantly alone in the office, handling all standard paperwork associated with the position, and preparing documents for final approval by the Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a role that could potentially transition into a permanent position.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage daily accounting tasks and use Sage 50 software to maintain accurate financial records.
- Invoicing at a volume of around 80 per week
- Ad-hoc accounting tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or invoicing assistant
- Proficient in Sage 50.
