Assistant Accountant (12-month Fixed Term Contract)Sheffield£30,000 - £35,000Contract
We're looking for a detail-oriented, motivated Assistant Accountant to join a growing finance team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will support a variety of accounting tasks and contribute to the accurate reporting and reconciliation of financial information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce monthly Intercompany, Balance Sheet, and P&L Reconciliations
- Maintain and reconcile the Fixed Asset Register
- Prepare and review Prepayments & Accruals
- Assist with weekly cashflow forecasts
- Post journals and analyse expenses
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
- Working towards or already holding a finance qualification (AAT, ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Enthusiasm for building a career in finance
