Administrative Assistant – Sheffield – £24,000 - £30,000Chase & Holland have an exciting new opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join a privately owned business in Sheffield on a full time, permanent basis. You will be joining a highly respected and successful business, which has been running for over a decade. You will primarily be responsible for supporting the organisation with all associated construction administration. We are looking for someone with previous experience within the construction industry. In Return You’ll Receive:

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Accurately inputting invoices into a spreadsheet on a daily basis
  • Handling and processing credit/account applications
  • Handling customer enquiries including price requests
  • Procuring required supplies and materials with relevant merchants
  • Reviewing sales legal documentation
  • Collating and checking handover packs
  • Managing services connection applications
  • Accurately inputting wages into a spreadsheet on a weekly basis
  • Ad hoc administrative task as required by the business
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven administrative experience within construction
  • Experience handling a wide variety of tasks within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commercially minded
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
