Day-to-day of the role:- Raising orders for the Fire Safety team and ensuring all records are up to date.
- Efficiently managing and updating records with a high level of accuracy.
- Fielding general enquiries and directing them to the appropriate service or individual.
- Providing administrative support to the Fire Safety team, including document preparation and data entry.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operation of the Fire Safety department.
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a public sector or fire safety environment is advantageous but not essential.
