Reed Business Support are currently representing a fantastic training provider in their search for an administration on an initial temporary basis with the scope and potential for the role to go permanent in the future. Based in Dinnington this is the perfect role for someone with a background in administration or customer services. What you will be doing:

• Handling incoming and outgoing calls from customers and clients
• Managing a busy email inbox, responding to queries
• Handling data entry for existing and future customers

You'll be perfect if:

• Strong organisational skills
• Good telephone manner
• Competencies with software (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
