We are currently seeking a Business Support Officer to join our team in Sheffield City Centre. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of data for the Shared Prosperity Fund. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of data-related tasks until the recruitment for the vacant post is completed.
Day-to-day of the role:- Download electronic documents from external partners via a secure document transfer portal.
- Name, log, and file data electronically using a set naming and filing convention.
- Check paperwork to ensure it is fully completed with the correct information.
- Input learner data into a dedicated Management Information (MI) system.
- Log queries and coordinate with colleagues to forward these to external partners.
- Chase outstanding paperwork with external partners.
- Input learner evaluation information into the SCC Have Your Say site.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using MI systems and standard office software.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with external partners and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
