About The Job:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client's finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the finance department in various administrative tasks. Your strong organisational skills and proficiency in Excel will be key in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Assistant the finance team in day to day administration tasks
  • Answer calls and email enquiries from clients and intenal departments
  • Deal with payment and finance related queries
  • Take payments
  • Use Excel to run report and update information

Skills:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, within a finance department
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members
