Salary: 13.75ph

Metalis are currently in partnership with a recycling company who are looking to hire a skilled Office Administrator on a permanent basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for the business.
  • Taking various telephone calls each day.
  • Sorting emails so must be proficient with Word and Excel.
  • Dealing with invoices so must be familiar with Sage.
  • Work under pressure and able to adapt to changes made at short notice.
  • Working with other office staff and taking on other duties when necessary

Salary and Shifts:

  • Monday to Thursday 9 - 5 with 1 hour off for lunch
  • Friday 9 - 3 with a working lunch break
  • 13.75 per hour
  • Total Hours per week 34
  • Permanent contract
