Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Sheffield
Salary: 13.75ph
Metalis are currently in partnership with a recycling company who are looking to hire a skilled Office Administrator on a permanent basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for the business.
- Taking various telephone calls each day.
- Sorting emails so must be proficient with Word and Excel.
- Dealing with invoices so must be familiar with Sage.
- Work under pressure and able to adapt to changes made at short notice.
- Working with other office staff and taking on other duties when necessary
Salary and Shifts:
- Monday to Thursday 9 - 5 with 1 hour off for lunch
- Friday 9 - 3 with a working lunch break
- 13.75 per hour
- Total Hours per week 34
- Permanent contract
