Adecco Sheffield are delighted to be recruiting for an organised and motivated Administrator to join our client based in North Sheffield, who are one of the leading operators in their field in the UK!

This is a great opportunity to join a supportive, friendly team in a busy and fast paced role where you will be providing customer service and administrative support to both the external sales team and directly to existing and new customers in relation to providing quotations and processing orders.

Key duties will include:

  • Supporting the day-to-day administration of new quotations and orders
  • Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Ensuring documentation is in place and accurate
  • Communicating updates on expected delivery dates to customers
  • Working closely with the external sales team to provide administration support
  • General office administration duties

Hours - Full time, permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:30am - 17:00pm or 09:00am to 17:30pm, 37.5 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role which has involved communicating with customers via telephone and email and will be passionate about delivering a great customer experience!
