An opportunity for an experienced Bid Writer to join a leading main contractor in Yorkshire. This role offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and the flexibility to work either full-time or part-time.

Your Role:

As a Senior Bid Writer, you will be a crucial part of the team, responsible for authoring and producing bids, ensuring compliance and accuracy in tender submissions. You will work collaboratively with the Proposals Manager, Bid Coordinator, and Bid Manager to create compelling, work-winning submissions.

In this role, you will collaborate with the bid team to create high-quality submissions, contribute to content creation while ensuring compliance with tender instructions, and lead on quality-oriented client deliverables. You will research, author, and format responses using inputs from the bid library and team engagements, coordinate response inputs from colleagues and supply chain partners, and ensure timely review and sign-off on all quality-related content. Additionally, you will publish client deliverables in a compliant format to meet tender deadlines, maintain and evolve an up-to-date bid library, manage client communications and tender management processes, and produce bid-winning and client-facing collateral, including case studies and presentations.

About You:

You should have experience with various procurement types, including frameworks and two-stage tender processes. Experience of managing multiple simultaneous bids is essential.
