B2B Sales / Account Manager (Remote, Part-Time or Full-Time)

Due to business growth, my client is looking to appoint an experienced Sales / Account Manager on a part-time or full-time, permanent basis working remotely. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on managing client relationships, converting a sales pipeline, and contributing to business growth.

Operating within the property consultancy sector, we provide expert advice and solutions to public sector clients, helping them navigate property-related matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive sales professional who enjoys building relationships, securing new business, and managing client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare clients
  • Work closely with surveyors, sales, and marketing teams to drive client success
  • Develop and convert a sales pipeline into long-term business relationships
  • Oversee client cases from initial contact to completion
  • Maintain and cross-sell to existing clients, generating repeat business
  • Conduct outbound calls to engage potential new clients
  • Secure sales contracts and book appointments for specialist consultants
  • Manage CRM records with high accuracy to track sales pipeline and client cases
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring excellent service
  • Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation and sales growth

Experience & Skills Required:

  • At least two years of outbound B2B sales experience
  • At least two years of account management experience
  • Experience using a CRM system to manage workload and client interactions
  • Desirable (but not essential): Experience in the healthcare, property, or surveying sectors
  • Confident and professional communication style - friendly, engaging, and approachable
  • Enjoys client interaction and building long-term relationships
