A well-established multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join its dynamic team in Sheffield. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, healthcare and education.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Produce high-quality technical drawings, specifications, and construction details
• Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other consultants to develop detailed design solutions
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and industry standards
• Assist in the coordination of project information using BIM methodologies
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and local authorities as required

Requirements for the role of Architectural Technician:

• A degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and technical standards
• Experience working on projects across RIBA Stages 3-5
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
