A reputable consultancy is looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to join its vibrant team based in Sheffield. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Produce high-quality technical drawings, specifications, and construction details
- Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other consultants to develop detailed design solutions
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and industry standards
- Assist in the coordination of project information using BIM methodologies
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and local authorities as required
Requirements for the role of Architectural Technician:
- A degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and technical standards
- Experience working on projects across RIBA Stages 3-5
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
