This role focuses on managing specifications for masonry support and wind posts used in high-rise buildings. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop specifications for masonry support and wind post systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals in masonry and wind post design to handle a high volume of inquiries and projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement and drive growth.
- Participate in the modernization of business practices, including the implementation of new systems, technologies, and equipment.
- Contribute to the expansion of our market share through innovative design solutions and technical excellence.
Design Specification Engineer
Requirements:
- Experience in masonry support systems and/or wind posts, particularly in high-rise building applications.
- Knowledge of the market and key players, including Ancon, Leviat, IG Masonry Support, ACS, Wincro, GA Fixings, Vesta, and Stainless UK.
- Strong technical background with the ability to manage specifications and work collaboratively across departments.
- Exposure to new technologies, automation, and modern engineering practices.
- Ability to work in the office daily, with some flexibility for remote work one day a week, subject to discussion.
