Principal / Associate Structural Engineer

Great opportunity for a principal or associate level engineer to make this role your own and build a team around you.

Our client is developing structural team in their Leeds office and the first strategic appointment will be a principal or associate level structural engineer. They are looking for a dynamic individual, who can lead projects and shape the business moving forwards.

Excellent technical ability is vital as well as the desire to progress into a business development role as your team expands.

Project base is varied and includes residential build to rent and high-rise concrete frames. Experience in multi storey design is preferred.

The role:

  • Project lead for a number of schemes at once
  • Plan workload and resources for projects
  • Attend site and client meetings
  • Produce design calculations and oversee junior engineers work
  • Be responsible for successful project delivery

Experience using Tekla is required.
