This exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician who will play an integral part of the team.

The Role:

• Deliver both reactive and preventative maintenance in a heavy engineering plant environment
• Follow routine planned maintenance schedules, including plant inspection and overhauls, reporting all findings.
• Assist in the efficient operation of the Structural function, reporting to the Team Leader/Shift Engineer.
• Assess risks, conduct Point of Work risk assessments, and implement control measures for a safe working environment

The Person:

• Experience in welding (MMA, MIG, TIG, Oxy-fuel cutting) and working with a variety of welding equipment
• Recognized Structural apprenticeship (ONC level or equivalent)
